Earlier this year, we were inspired to research the future of workplace dining. Alongside consumer psychologist Karen Winter, we explored how evolving working styles and habits are shaping this change.
Our findings revealed that community and creativity are key in the workplace right now and the dining experience should facilitate that. As hybrid working and flexible hours become the norm, workplace dining is shifting to vibrant, multifunctional spaces that foster connection, collaboration, and creativity.
